I'm an enormous Stacia Kane fangirl, and her Downside Ghosts series is one of my absolute favourites. I cannot get my hands on book four soon enough.
Technically this one's a 2011 release but it's only out in hardback right now and I hate hardbacks. So I'm counting down to the paperback release.
Honestly, Michael Grant's books leave me an emotional wreck. Every possible traumatic thing that could happen, happens. And then more traumatic things happen. I'm sure Plague will be no different but I need to know what happens next, dammit.
Another one that's been out for a while, but not in the UK. I adore Kittredge's adult books, so I'm really looking forward to trying her YA.
I thought The Iron Witch was a really exciting, different YA story (I loved the alchemy aspect) so I'm excited to see Mahoney expand her world with the sequel.
